- Threats: Harassing, threatening or harming other people, especially our users...
- Child Abuse: Any form of child exploitation, abuse, or grooming.
- Malicious Content: Transmitting viruses, malware. (malspam)
- Impersonation: Impersonating another individual or entity with malicious intent.
Law enforcement
We don't store any logs or user information, even if we wanted to help you we could not provide you with information about our users because it simply does not exist. We will not give you access to our customers mail accounts unless the requested account is linked to child abuse.
Before you try to raid us consider the following:- All our servers are encrypted.
- Please don't try to seize public-facing servers; we are not responsible for emails sent by our users.
- Our clearnet servers only store a static website and a mail relay, which doesn't store any mails.
- Don't bother to sniff our traffic; all mails are transmitted encrypted.
- Our backend is Whonix based, so please don't try to search our relay for information about the location of our backend.
